Welcome to Wuffywell. These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits wuffywell.com or buys from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Wuffywell is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMBER]. You can reach us at support@wuffywell.com.

2. Our products are supplements, not medicine

Wuffywell products are food supplements for dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a replacement for veterinary care. Information on our website is for general information only. Always follow the feeding instructions on the label, and check with your vet before giving supplements if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication or has a health condition. Every dog is different, so results can vary.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, your order repeats automatically at the frequency you selected, and you are charged before each delivery at the subscription price shown when you signed up. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that next order. We will tell you in advance if a subscription price changes, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Shipping

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. To do so, let us know by email within that period and return the products within 14 days after telling us. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned under this right, unless they are faulty. We refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving the return.

7. 90-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order of each product. If you're not happy, email us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the product price. We may ask you to tell us why, so we can improve. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Faulty products

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

9. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are valid for the period and conditions stated, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

11. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or other content, it must be honest and your own, and must not be unlawful or offensive. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

12. Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on wuffywell.com belong to Wuffywell or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by using our products other than as directed on the label. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@wuffywell.com and we will do our best to solve it. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
