Free shipping on orders over €60. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
You'll see an estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
On a Subscribe & Save plan? Your next order ships automatically on your chosen schedule, and you'll get a tracking link every time.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing something or hasn't arrived, email us at support@wuffywell.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We'll sort it out for you.
Returns
90-day money-back guarantee
We want your dog to love their supplements. If you're not happy, contact us within 90 days of your order and we'll give you your money back.
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Let us know by email within that period. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your request; we may wait until we've received the product back. Full details are in our Terms of Use.

- We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
- Once your return is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method.
