Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over €60. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

You'll see an estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Is there a free gift?

Yes. Add 1 Daily Multi to an order over €60 and it's free.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime. There's no minimum term. Email us and we'll pause, change or cancel your subscription for you.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us within 90 days of your order and we'll give you your money back.

How do I return something?

Using our supplements

How much should I give my dog?

Follow the daily amount for your dog's weight shown on the label and on the product page.

How do I give the chews and drops?

Most dogs eat the soft chews straight from your hand like a treat, or you can crumble them over their food. The Grass & Poop Drops can be given between meals or mixed into food.

Can I combine supplements?

Yes, our supplements can be combined. Just follow the daily amount on each label.

When will I notice a difference?

Every dog is different. Supplements work best as part of a daily routine, so give them every day and allow at least 4 to 6 weeks.

Is it safe for my dog?

If your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication or has a health condition, check with your vet before starting any supplement.
